A passionate and gifted Chef, Collin is joining us from the East Coast. Having previously worked at the James Beard House in New York and Maple Bistro in Halifax, learning the cuisine of Chef Michael Smith.
A love of the beautiful, rugged Rocky Mountains has brought him back to Banff National Park after having previously worked for the Lodge at Kananaskis and Sunshine Village.
Collin is excited to continue the Baker Creek tradition of prioritizing exceptional local ingredients in creating rustic, progressive, uniquely Canadian cuisine with his dedicated kitchen brigade.
