Project Description

Welcome gift on arrival, welcome reception, 4 yoga classes, 4 guided meditation sessions, 1 guided moonlight snowshoe tour, all food and accommodation.

Yoga Instructor Profile:

As a lifelong adventurer, Sarah Harvie has been leading people on their inner and outer journeys internationally for over fifteen years.  Seeking the road less travelled, Sarah has discovered great healing and wisdom from extended journeys through the wilderness and from her own deep inner practices of yoga and meditation.  As she continues on her path of healing and awakening, she shares her practice with others through a variety of healing modalities that have proven to be instrumental to her own path: CranioSacral & Massage TherapyYoga Asana & Nidra, and Wilderness Yoga Retreats across the globe.

Schedule:

Friday October 20th

  • 3:00-4:00pm Welcome reception including fresh fruit, organic juices and teas
  • 4:30-6pm Yoga
  • 7:00pm light, fresh, organic, vegan meal

Saturday October 21st

  • 7:30-8:00am Breakfast
  • 10:00am-12:00pm Yoga
  • 12:00-1:00pm lunch
  • 3:30-5:30pm Yoga practice with Yoga Nidra
  • 7:00pm dinner

Sunday October 22nd

  • 7:00-8:00am Breakfast
  • 8:00am-10:00am Yoga
  • 11:00am check out (vegan power balls, ets… available at reception)

Heritage Conference Centre:

  • Tables moved to side & into the reception area. Set with lemon & cucumber water, fresh fruit, tea

Breakdown:

  • Single Occupancy Jacuzzi Suite: $775
  • Double Occupancy Cabin: $1,125
  • Additional Person: $350
