We are excited to welcome our new Executive Chef, Brandon Thompson!
Brandon’s love for food started at a very young age. If he was not at his Grandparents farm in Cedar, BC, he was roaming around his dad’s grocery store. As Brandon got older and his love for food grew, he knew food and culinary excellence would be his life passion.
Since finding his way home to BC, Brandon has been the Executive Chef of two world class resorts, Mike Wiegele Heli-skiing in Blue River BC & Good Hope Cannery in River’s Inlet BC for the past two years.
When it comes to the art of cookery, Chef Brandon likes to keep it clean with a great balance with rustic Italian influence where the West Coast meets the Rocky Mountains.
