We are excited to welcome our new Executive Chef, Michael Tilley!
Michael’s love for food started while back at home in England where he studied professionally for three years. During a search for international opportunities he settled on the majestic Canadian Rockies where he has pursued his passions for skiing and hiking.
After some time at the local Bison Restaurant in Banff, Michael worked and studied with Chef Jamie Harling at the renowned Rouge in Calgary. From there, they brought the Dean House into the top 100 restaurants in Canada, after being open only five months.
