Spring Yoga Retreat 2019
Welcome gift on arrival, welcome reception, 4 yoga classes, 4 guided meditation sessions, guided meditation by the Bow River, all food and accommodation.
We invite you to join us for our second yoga retreat. Combining yoga and time in this powerful wilderness setting to allow you to unwind, dive deep into your practice and reset your nervous system.
We will do four long yoga practices drawing on Pranayama (breathwork), Asana : Vinyasa Flow and Restorative, Nidra (the Yoga of Sleep), Meditation and Kundalini Yoga. There will also be walking meditation in nature beside the Bow River. You will leave the retreat feeling both grounded and energized. All levels are welcome.
The executive chef carefully crafts the menu to showcase the best of Baker Creek cuisine while complementing the Yoga practices.
Yoga Instructor Profile:
As a lifelong adventurer, Sarah Harvie has been leading people on their inner and outer journeys internationally for over fifteen years. Seeking the road less travelled, Sarah has discovered great healing and wisdom from extended journeys through the wilderness and from her own deep inner practices of yoga and meditation. As she continues on her path of healing and awakening, she shares her practice with others through a variety of healing modalities that have proven to be instrumental to her own path: CranioSacral & Massage Therapy, Yoga Asana & Nidra, and Wilderness Yoga Retreats across the globe.
