Stay with us, leave a Legacy

Baker Creek is committed to…

preserving the beauty of Banff National Park for generations to come. Here’s what we are doing to reduce our energy consumption, water usage and waste.

Saving hundreds of litres of water per guest with our linen reuse program, low‑flow showerheads and toilets.

Diverting waste from landfill by recycling guest plastics, cans and papers.

Slashing our energy consumption with LED lighting, Energy Star appliances, programmable thermostats and high‑efficiency heating & cooling.

Balancing our unavoidable emissions through the purchase of carbon credits.

Baker Creek ‘s Commitment…

Each night you stay with us we’ll make a contribution on your behalf to the EcoStay Forestry Initiative; a collaborative legacy of forestry preservation and tree planting that aims to capture carbon while protecting native species woodlands and wildlife habitats for generations to come.

In support of the EcoStay Forest and our other eco‑actions, a $2 nightly amount will be added to every guest’s bill.
